■Connecting the Camera to a PC

Use the interface serial cable bundled with the RDC-5300 to connect it to a personal computer.

qTurn off the PC.

wTurn off the camera.

eConnect the camera and the PC using the interface cable.

Note • Avoid operating the camera on battery power during connection to PC. If possible, run it via an AC adapter. Otherwise if the power shuts off while you are operating the camera, you would have to retry.

•Do not connect or disconnect the AC adapter to or from the AC outlet while the camera is turned on.
