Plumbing and UnplumbingSunATM Interfaces

This chapter describes how to start the SunATMsoftware on your system or use the

atmifconfig utility to connect and disconnect individual SunATMinterfaces

without rebooting the system.

Note – Youonly need to start the SunATM software on your system if you have just

installed the SunATMsoftware and one or more SunATM adapters on your system.

If the software is already operating on your system, or if you have rebooted your

system you do not need to start the software manually.
