1Click on the icon of the window MF DIRECTOR.

2Select TOOLS > OPTION > FAX.

3Make the adjustments required, referring to the description of parameters below and click OK.

Description of the tab LOGS AND REPORTS

Option	Description
Automatic printing	The fax is automatically printed
of a received
	when received.

Printing of a inbox	A report is printed out for each
report	fax received.
Printing of inbox log	The log is printed automatically
	when its contents fill a page.
Automatic printing	The fax is automatically printed
of a sent document	when it is sent.
Printing of an	An outbox report is printed after

Option	Description
Transmission	Fax default transmission
speed	speed.
Line number	Number of the line where your
	machine is connected.
	This dialling prefix will be
Dialling prefix	automatically inserted in front
	of the number before sending
	on this line.
	Must be programmed
Type of dialing	according to the type of
	switchboard your machine is
	connected to.
	Displays a Communication
Header	Identification Line (CIL) on the
	documents you send or on the
	documents you receive.
	Corrects communication errors
	due to line disturbance. This
	option ensures that received
ECM	documents are legible. On the
	other hand, communication
	times may be longer if the line
	is bad.
	Number of attempts the
Number of attempts	machine must make if send
	fails to contact a recipient.
Interval between	Duration between two send
attempts	attempts.
