Adding Speed Dial Entries

There can be a total of 100 speed dial entries (001 – 100) programmed in the printer.

To program multiple recipients with a one-touch dial button (maximum nine), program the recipients as a group dial. See Adding a Group on page 122.

Adding an Individual

1.On the control panel, select Fax.

2.Select Address Book.

3.Select Individuals from the drop-down menu.

4.Select a Speed Dial entry.

5.Enter the fax number using the keypad or by selecting Dialing Characters.

6.Enter a name and fax number for the entry, and select Save.

Adding a Group

Set up and save group names to easily access them when you want to send a fax to a group. Groups can include both individual and group entries once they have been set up.

Note: Individual entries must be set up before groups can be defined.

1.On the control panel, select Fax.

2.Select Address Book.

3.Select Groups from the drop-down menu.

4.Select a group Speed Dial entry.

5.Enter a name for the group and select Add Recipients.

6.Select Individuals from the drop-down menu.

7.Select a Speed Dial entry.

8.Select a Add to Group entry.

9.Continue adding individual or group speed dial entries, and select Save when you are done.

Editing or Clearing Speed Dial Entries

1.On the control panel, select Fax.

2.Select Address Book.

3.Select Individuals or Groups from the drop-down menu.

4.Select a Speed Dial entry, then select Edit Details or Clear Entry.
