MRS-1266 hard disk contents

There is two partitions on the internal hard disk of the MRS- 1266, named "MRS-FAC" and "MRS-USR".

The "MRS-FAC" contains the ﬁles used to maintain the hard disk. Therefore, do not operate the ﬁles there.

The following ﬁles and folders are located in the "MRS- USR"

●PRJINIT folder

Contains data such as rhythm song/rhythm pattern data and drum kit data that are read when creating a new project. The following ﬁles are located in this folder.

To use this folder, install the optional USB card (UIB-01) and copy WAV/AIFF ﬁles from a computer.

Compatibility with the MRS-1044 series

The MRS-1266 can read out projects created on the MRS- 1044 series but partial data. However, projects created on the MRS-1266 cannot be read on the MRS-1044 series.
