Table 4-1 contains the instructions on how to configure the Remote Node Menu for dial-up lines.

Table 4-1.	Remote Node Profile Menu Fields for Dial-up Lines
Field		Description	Options
Rem Node Name		This is a required field [?]. Enter a descriptive name for
		the remote node, e.g., Corp.
		This field can be up to eight characters. This name must
		be unique from any other remote node name or remote
		dial-in user name.
Active		Press the space bar to toggle between [Yes] and [No].	Press space
			bar to toggle
		Inactive nodes are displayed with a minus sign (-) at the	[Yes/No]
		beginning of the name in Menu 11.
Connection Type		Use the space bar to toggle between [Switch] and	Press space
		[Leased]. If [Leased] is selected, moving the cursor to the	bar to toggle
		next field will bring you to Submenu 11.1.2 for leased line	[Switch/Leased]
		configuration.
Call Direction		• If this parameter is set to [Both], your Prestige can	[Both]
		both place and receive calls to/from this remote
		node.
		• If set to Incoming, your Prestige will not place a call	[Incoming]
		to this remote node.
		• If set to Outgoing, your Prestige will drop the calls	[Outgoing]
		from this remote ode.
		Several other fields in this menu depend on this
		parameter. For example, in order to enable [Call Back],
		the Call Direction must be [Both].
