Print the list of setups

Important

Printing is not possible on A5 (or

Statement) paper size.

 

 

To print the list of setups:

 

56 - PRINT / SETUP

Press , enter 56 using the keypad.

The printing of the list of setups starts.

You can also access the PRINT menu

Note

by pressing the

button.

 

Lock the machine

This function prevents non-authorized people from accessing the machine. An access code will be required every time someone wants to use the device. After each use, the device will lock automatically.

Before that you have to enter an access code.

811 - ADVANCED FCT / LOCK / LOCKING CODE

1 Press , enter 811 using the keypad.

2Enter your access code (4 digits) using the keypad, confirm with OK.

If a code is already in existence, Important enter the old code before typing the

new one.

3Enter again your access code (4 digits) using the keypad, confirm with OK.

4Exit this menu by pressing the button.

Lock the keyboard

Every time you use your machine, you will have to enter your code.

812 - ADVANCED FCT / LOCK / LOCK KEYBD.

1 Press , enter 812 using the keypad.

2Enter the four-digit access code using the keypad.

3Press OK to confirm.

4 With the buttons or , choose ON and confirm with OK.

5Exit this menu by pressing the button.

Lock the numbers

This function locks dialling and the numerical keypad is disabled. Transmissions are only possible from numbers included in the directory.

To access the numerical keypad locking menu:

813 - ADVANCED FCT / LOCK / LOCK NUMBER

1 Press , enter 813 using the keypad.

Enter the four-digit access code using the keypad.

Press OK to confirm.

Lock the SMS service

 

 

This function prevents access to the SMS service.

 

To access the SMS service locking menu:

4 With the buttons or , choose ON and confirm with OK.

5 Exit this menu by pressing the button.

Lock the Media service

This function prevents access to the Media service. The access code will be required every time someone wants to use the USB key functions:

view the contents of a connected USB key,

print from a USB key, delete files,

archive received faxes on a USB key.

To access the Media service locking menu:

816 - ADVANCED FCT / LOCK / LOCK MEDIA

1 Press , enter 816 using the keypad.

2Enter the four-digit access code using the keypad.

3Press OK to confirm.

4 With the buttons or , choose ON and confirm with OK.

5 Exit this menu by pressing the button.

Read the counters

This function allows you to view the activity counters for your machine at any time.

According to your needs, you can read the counters for:

sent pages,

received pages,

scanned pages,

printed pages.

Sent pages counter

To view the number of pages sent from your machine:

1 Press , enter 821 using the keypad.

2The number of sent pages appears on the screen.
