Configuring event notification types involves:
1. Defining an SNMP host to receive trap messages.
2. Specifying the UDP port number on which the SNMP host will receive
traps.
3. Specifying the maximum message size (MMS) that the SNMP entity will
transmit or receive, and process.
4. Specifying how the definition of the SNMP host that will receive events is
stored.
5. Specifying the events for which you want to receive notification, and
specifying how to send the notifications.
ospf-nbr-state Signifies a change in the state of an OSPF
neighbor on a physical interface. To send
this notification type, note that you also
have to enable sending of OSPF neighbor
state traps using the report command.

ospf-virt-nbr-state Signifies a change in the state of an OSPF
neighbor on a virtual interface. To send
this notification type, note that you also
have to enable sending of OSPF virtual
neighbor state traps using the report
command.

Modem deregistration event: A modem deregistration event refers to
the deregistration of cable modems.
dereg-modems Signifies that a number or percentage of
modems have deregistered over the
deregistration time interval.
