Searching the OSPF Link State Database
You can search the OSPF kink s ta te dat aba se using either the Web Agent or
the CLI.

Web Agent

Procedure To search the OSPF link state database using the Web Agent:
1. In the navigation pane, expand the Routing > IP > OSPF folders, and
then click Link State Database Search.
The Link State Database Search Web page is displayed in the content
pane. See Figure 15-12.
*Note: You can select more than one item in the Search By
column to help narrow your search results.

2. To search by:
Area ID — click the Area ID checkbox and specify the IP
address of the Area ID that you want to find in the da tabase , a nd
click SEARCH.
Type — click the Type checkbox and from the Type pull-down
menu, select the type of search you want to perform, and click
SEARCH.
Router ID — click the Router ID checkbox and specify the
router IP address, and click SEARCH.
