Paper Type

1Press Function, 5, 1. The LCD shows:

2Press or to select a paper type and press Set.

•If you are using Brother coated paper, select INKJET, then select BROTHER (in Step 4).

PAPER:GLOSSY

PAPER:PHOTO

• If you are using non-Brother ink jet paper, select OTHER.

PAPER:TRNSPRNCY

• If you did not select INK JET go to Step 4.

3When the LCD shows the type of INK JET paper, press Set.

4Press Stop to exit.

PhotoCapture Center™ Quality

1Press Function, 5, 2.

	The LCD shows:	2.QUALITY
2	Press or to select a quality	QUALITY:HIGH
	and press Set.	QUALITY:PHOTO
3	Press Stop to exit.

QUALITY:NORMAL

Photo Brightness

You can adjust the brightness setting before making a copy.

1Press Function, 5, 3.

2Press to make a darker copy and press Set— OR—

Press to make a lighter copy and press Set.

3Press Stop to exit.

Photo Contrast

You can choose the contrast setting for a copy. Greater contrast can help an image look sharper and more vivid.

1Press Function, 5, 4.

2Press to decrease contrast and press Set— OR—

Press to increase contrast and press Set.

3Press Stop to exit.
