Transmission Verification Report Prints “RESULT:ERROR”

There is probably temporary noise or static on the phone line. Try sending the fax again. If the problem continues, call the Telephone Company to check your phone line.

Packing and Shipping the Machine

Whenever you transport the machine, use the packing materials that came with your machine. If you do not pack the machine correctly, you could void your warranty.

1Unplug the machine from the AC outlet.

2Remove the paper wire extension, paper support, document support, and handset, and pack them.

3Wrap the machine in the plastic bag and place it in the original carton with the original packing material.
