2Select a Quick-Dial key where you wish to store the number. (For example, press Quick-Dial key 2 to use as a Group.)

3Use the dial pad to enter the group number (for example, press 1 for Group 1).

ENTER & SET

4Press Set. Enter the One Touch or Super Tel-Index numbers in this group. For example, for One Touch 5, press and 0, 5 on the dial pad. For Super Tel-Index number A11, Quick-Dial key 1 and 1, 1 on the dial pad.

5Press Set. The screen prompts you to enter a name.

6Use the dial pad and the chart of “Entering Text” in chapter 4 to enter a name for the group (for example, NEW CLIENTS).

7Press Set.

8Press Stop to exit.

You can print a list of all One Touch and Super Tel-Index numbers. Group numbers will be marked in the column of “ GROUP”. See chapter 12, “Printing Reports”.
