Memory Storage

Your machine is equipped with an internal battery that will keep the date and time information for up to about 15 hours (FAX-930 and FAX-940), about 9 hours (FAX-920 and MFC-925) after power has been cut off.

After that time, the date and time will be lost and you will have to re- enter the information. In the event of a power failure, all settings in the

INITIAL SETUP, SETUP RECEIVE, SETUP SEND, SET QUICK- DIAL, REMOTE FAX OPT and SETUP TAD functions are stored permanently except POLLING RX, CONTRAST, RESOLUTION, OVERSEAS MODE, CALL RESERVE, TIMER and POLLED TX.

On the FAX-930 or FAX-940 E-mail, it will retain the data for Out-of- Paper Reception, Memory Transmission, Message Manager and Message Manager Plus for up to 6 hours after a power interruption.
