transmission The process of sending documents over the phone lines from your fax machine to the receiving fax machine.

Voice On Demand This facility enables you to store a number of different information messages for callers. An initial message tells callers what is in each Voice On Demand memory box, and prompts them to press a key to access the memory box they require.

Xmit Report (Transmission Report) A listing of each transmission, showing caller ID, date, time, and number of pages.
