Registering your fax/telephone number and name

Follow the procedure below to register your fax/telephone number and name or company name so that this information appears at the top of each document you send.

•To enter a space, press [Space].

•To enter a plus sign (+) before the number, press [Tone/+].

•Correct errors by pressing [Clear] and re-enter the number.
