Deleting a document from memory _____________

Follow the procedure below to delete a document from memory.

Press [Function].	Function

Press [Memory Reference].

Use [u] or [d] to select DELETE DOCUMENT.

DELETE DOCUMENT

Press [Set].

TX/RX NO. 0001

Use [u] or [d] to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to delete.

•If you are unsure of the transaction number (TX/RX NO.), print the Doc. memory list. (see p. 8-7)

•Use [ l] or [r] to display details of the transaction (destination, for example).

TX/RX NO. 0003

4 Press [Set].

Set

The fax asks you to confirm that you want to delete the document.

OK TO DELETE?

YES=(A) NO=(#)

5 Press [:] to delete the document.

If you change your mind and want to keep the document in memory, press [#].

ERASING END

	To continue deleting other documents in memory,
		Stop
repeat the procedure from step 3.
To finish, press [Stop].
