Those components may comply with ANSI/IEEE C62.11, CSA Certification Notice No. 516, CSA C22.2 No. 1, or UL 1449. Suitability of the components for the application must be determined for the intended installation. (For example, some devices are suitable for installation on the load side of the service entrance only, and some are suitable for use with cord-connected equipment only.)
