VIEW OR SET MACHINE CONFIGURATION
(This function may be viewed at any time, but can only be set while in supervisor mode.)
1. Follow the steps in "Gain Access to The Supervisor Mode" on page 55.
2. Press . One of the following displays:
Refrigerated food machine - health control will
be operational
Refrigerated food machine - health control will be
operational except trays A and B (this is a two
tray configuration).
Refrigerated food machine - health control will
be operational except trays A, B, and C (this is
a three tray configuration).
Refrigerated food machine - health control will
not be operational.
NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ONLY!
3. Press until the appropriate configuration for your machine displays.
Caution:
Dual zone configuration #2 and #3 should only be selected when
the machine is configured in dual zone as described above.
(See “Configure Machine for Dual Zone” on page 10)
BE CAREFUL when you select your configuration, because
selecting the wrong one will affect other choices later on, and
could cause problems.
4. CONTINUE.
SET TEMPERATURE
(Supervisor Mode Only)
1. Follow the steps in "Gain Access to The Supervisor Mode" on page 55.
2. Press , then press until the display shows °. This means that °
is the current temperature setting.
3. Press to raise the setting; press to lower the setting.
For health controlled machines, the temperature setting can range from 36o - 38oF (2o -
3oC). Factory default is 38o F.
For non-health controlled machines, the temperature setting can range from 36o - 74oF
(2o - 23oC). Factory default is +38°F.
