VIEW DIAGNOSTIC MESSAGES1. Press . the display shows any of the following diagnostic messages, depending upon any fault(s) present:
ERROR MESSAGES
None of the following erro rs are detected:
This appears if the SureVend™ anti-jackpot timer is active, showing
the time remaining on the timer. This timer is cleared u pon closure of
the main service door.
This shows the total number of times the S ureVend™ anti-jackpot
feature occurred plus the date and tim e of the last occurrence. Press
to reset this count.
Incomplete card reader communications. Check cables or replace
unit.
Incomplete card reader communications - check cables. The card
reader is not operational.
Card reader is indicating it has a proble m .
Card reader has an error and in dicates code XX. The code is d efined
by the card reader manufacturer. To correct, contact card reader
manufacturer. The unit is still operational.
Card reader is indicating it has failed . Rep lace unit.
Card reader has failed and indicate s co de XX. The code is defined
by the card reader manufacturer. To correct, contact card reader
manufacturer.
Card reader has failed because card is ja m m ed in the unit. Remove
the jammed card.
Card reader requires service. The unit is still o perational.
Price error detected and ch anged to maximum - check prices.
A PRODUCT CONFIG value was out of bounds and set to nominal -
check all PRODUCT CONFIGs.
The vending machine is telling t he bill validator not to accept any bill s.
Check the enabled channels of the bi ll validator.
Incomplete bill validator communications -- check harness.
A bill is jammed in the acceptance path. The un it will disable itself
until the error is corrected. Remove bill stuck in the acceptance p ath.
Cycle machine power OFF and the n ON .
One of the motors has failed. The unit wi ll disable itself until the error
is corrected. Check for bill stuck in the ac c ep tance path. If no bill is
present, replace the validator. Cycle machine power OFF and then
ON.
