
RADIUS Server
The RADIUS feature of the Switch allows you to facilitate centralized user administration as well as providing protection against a sniffing, active hacker. The Web Manager offers three windows.
To view the following window, click Security > 802.1X > RADIUS Server

Choose the desired RADIUS server to configure: First, Second or Third. Set the RADIUS server IP.
Set the RADIUS authentic server(s) UDP port. The default port is 1812. Set the RADIUS account server(s) UDP port. The default port is 1813.
This value determines timeout conditions of the RADIUS Server. The default setting is 5 seconds.
Set the Retransmit of the RADIUS Server. The default value is 2.
Set the key the same as that of the RADIUS server.
Confirm the shared key is the same as that of the RADIUS server.
This allows you to set the RADIUS Server as Valid (Enabled) or Invalid (Disabled).
Click Apply to implement changes made.
