Cleaning the Card Hopper Feed Roller

This procedure needs to be completed when the Card Feed Rollers become dirty, and the Rollers can no longer properly grip the card.

Step Procedure

1Unplug the Printer.

2Remove the Card Cartridge.

3Use the alcohol pad from the CardJet Maintenance Kit to gently wipe the Roller clean, as shown below.
