1.6.2.2TASK information unit

Table 1.36 defines the task management function IU. The TASK frame is sent by an SSP INIT port to request that a task management function be processed by the task manager in a logical unit.

The LOGICAL UNIT NUMBER field contains the address of the logical unit.

Table 1.37 contains the definition of the TASK MANAGEMENT FUNCTION field. However, drives do not support the CLEAR ACA task management function listed in Table 1.37.
