By installing this software, you acknowledge that you have read this agree- ment, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive statement of the agree- ment between us and supersedes any proposal or prior agreement either oral or written, and any other communication between us relating to the subject matter of this agreement. You further agree that if Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions, Inc., is required to engage in any proceeding, legal or otherwise to enforce its rights under this agreement, Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions, Inc., shall be entitled to recover from License, in addition to any other sums due, reasonable Attorney fees, cost and disbursements.
