Power button board
The power button board is located on the bottom left corner of the computer. It is covered by a Mylar shield and has two connectors and one screw.

To remove the power button board:
1.Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparing to disassemble the computer on page 27).
2.Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 34).
3.Remove the stand (see Stand on page 36).
4.Remove the lower panel (see Lower panel on page 38).
5.Remove the optical drive (see Replacing the optical disc drive on page 45).
6.Remove the left side panel (see Side panels on page 76).
