Jam in the 2,000-sheet side input tray (tray 4)

1Open the top door, and then open the bottom door on the 2,000-sheet side input tray (tray 4).

2Remove any jammed media from this area. Make sure that you have removed all of the pieces of torn media.

3Close the bottom door, and then close the top door.

4Slide the 2,000-sheet side input tray (tray 4) away from the MFP. Check for jammed media between the 2,000-sheet side input tray (tray 4) and the MFP.
