Jam in the 8-bin mailbox (face-up bin)

1Move the finishing device away from the MFP. To do this, stand on the left side of the MFP and pull the finishing device straight toward you.

2Carefully remove the face-up bin.

3Pull down the handle on the output paper module and remove any jammed media from this area.
