Jam at the upper right door or the front doors

Follow these directions to clear jams at the upper right door or in the front-door area.

1Remove all of the media that is loaded in tray 1.

2Slide the 2,000-sheet side input tray (tray 4) away from the MFP.

3Open the upper right door.
