3Touch the Edit tab.

4Touch the NEW SPEED DIAL option.

5Type a number by using the control-panel keyboard. If you want to specify more than one number, touch

NEXT NUMBER and then specify another number. Repeat this step to define all of the numbers for the speed dial.

6Touch NAME.

7Type a name for the speed dial using the control-panel keyboard.

8Touch OK.

Note	After you have created a speed dial group, you cannot add or delete individual numbers from it.

To delete a speed dial

1Touch the FAX option.

2Touch SPEED DIAL.

3Touch the Edit tab.

4Touch the DELETE SPEED DIAL option.

5Touch the check box in front of the speed dial that you want to delete. You might need to scroll up or down to find the speed dial name. You can delete more than one speed-dial groups by placing a check mark in front of other names.

6Touch DELETE.

7Touch YES.

8Touch OK.
