Two Versions of the 7190

Scalability

The 7190 can work cooperatively with up to fifteen other 7190s in deployment across sites. A site may be managed by any Intel®

NetStructure™

e-Commerce Traffic Director or Intel®

NetStructure™

Commerce Director, which can in turn intelligently

manage server farms, and return server performance data to the 7190. The 7190 also supports sites that do not have an Intel® load balancers.

Flexibility

The 7190 offers six distinct methods of balancing your distributed resources, ensuring a solution for your multi-site problems.

There are two versions of the 7190. One uses strong encryption (128- bit encryption) and the other uses weak encryption (56-bit encryption). The 7190 version that may be exported to certain countries is subject to U.S. export restrictions.
