Adjusting the Seat Width
The ASBA seat width cannot be adjusted and the seat frame must be replaced to achieve a change in seat width for the user. Refer to Removing/Installing the Seat Pan on page 63.
Removing/Installing the Seat Frame
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 7.5 on page 65.
Removing
1.Remove the accessories installed in the accessory tube. Refer to Accessories on page 128.
2.Remove the arms. Refer to Removing/Installing Flip Back Armrest on page 47.
3.Remove the four hex screws and locknuts securing the seat frame to the seat frame plate.
4.Remove the seat frame from the seat frame plate.
Installing
1.Position the seat frame onto the seat frame plate.
2.Secure the seat frame to the seat frame plate using the four hex screws and locknuts. Torque to 13
3.Install the arms. Refer to Removing/Installing Flip Back Armrest on page 47.
