6.6Registering a Group

If you want to send the scanned data to multiple destinations/storage loca- tions, you can register them as a Group. The registration is done in the fol- lowing steps.

At maximum, 100 groups can be registered.

1 Select the [SCAN] tab.

Press the [Group] key.

–In the initial settings, the Select Destinations/Storage Loca- tions screen (E-Mail) is dis- played. For information on the initial settings of the SCAN tab, contact your administrator of the copier.

Press the [Register] key.

–If the Group is already regis- tered, the Name is displayed.

–On how to edit/delete the reg- istered destination, contact your administrator of the copi- er.
