When you send the scanned data to an SMB server, necessary procedures depend on whether the SMB server is registered in advance or it is input manually.

1 Select the [SCAN] tab.

The Select Destinations/Storage

Locations screen appears.

–In the initial settings, the Select Destinations/Storage Loca- tions screen (E-Mail) is dis- played. For information on the initial settings of the SCAN tab, contact your administrator of the copier.
