10.2.2 Errors during scanning with the [SCAN] tab

During scanning with the [SCAN] tab, the following errors may occur.

Space shortage of the print controller's internal HDD (HDD-B)

Free space on the print controller's internal HDD may have become less than 0.3%. Check the free space by the following procedures.

1 On the browser software, enter the IP Address of the print controller.

–PageScope Web Connection appears.

–To confirm the IP Address of the print controller, contact your net- work administrator.

–Using PageScope Web Connection enables you to check the cur- rent settings of the printer.

–For more information on PageScope Web Connection, refer to the User's Guide (Printer) and the User’s Guide (POD Administrator Reference).

2 From the pull-down menu on the left, se- lect [Detail]-[Hard Disk].
