Using the Network Scanner Features

When an E-Mail Address is Input Manually

1 Follow the Step 1 to 6 of "When an E-Mail Address is Already Regis- tered" on Page 7-4.

2 Press the [Manual Address] key.

–If you select a destination from the registry, refer to "When an E-Mail Address is Already Registered" on Page 7-4.

The Manual Address screen ap- pears.

3 Press the [Address] key to input an address and press [OK] key.

–Pressing the [Address] key dis- plays the character input screen.

–For more information on how to input characters, refer to "How to Input Characters" on Page 3-6.

4 Press the [Scanner Screen] key.

The Scanner Setting Basic screen appears.

5 Follow the Step 9 and after of "When an E-Mail Address is Already Reg- istered" on Page 7-4.
