Removing the Upper

Front Panel Cover and

Frame

This section describes in detail how to install disk drives in the system.

When installing drives on the 5.25-inch drive bays, you have to remove both the upper front panel cover and its frame. Follow these steps:

1.To remove the front panel cover, hold it on both sides and pull.

2.To remove the upper front panel frame, press the latch under it and pull as shown in Figure 2-9.
