Steps 1 - 3
1.Place the mouse cursor over the “Internet Explorer” shortcut icon, click the right mouse button and select Copy.
2.Place the mouse cursor over an empty portion of the desktop, click the right mouse button and select Paste.
3.Place the mouse cursor over the new “Copy of Internet Explorer” shortcut icon, click the right mouse button and select Properties.
Step 4
4.Type over the current information in the Target: box with \\computer name followed by the <enter> key. The computer name = name of the network computer with shared drives and folders. If there is a valid network connection to the desired computer, the desktop icon will change to that of a “Disk Drive”.
