The following sections describe common procedures used while installing and configuring the AS 5300 system.

Rebooting the system

Use the following procedure to reboot the AS 5300 server.

Procedure Steps

Step Action

1Reboot the server by doing one of the following:

•Restore power. If this is the primary installation, power the server on.

•Users with sudo access can log on to an active server as root and issue the sudo reboot command.
