The Date and Time is displayed.
13Do one of the following:
Enter Y to accept the configuration.
OR
Enter N to change the BIOS hardware clock.
After the configuration is accepted, the user accounts display.
14Press Enter to continue.
15At the Password Configuration screen, enter passwords for the mandatory system accounts:
•root
•bootloader
•ntossadm
•nortelrps
You can refer to "Configuring accounts and passwords" (page
51)for more information on these steps.
The System Configuration Complete screen appears.
Attention: For NTP configuration changes, if symmetric keys were used, you must restore the keys to the server and execute the ntpConfig.pl script after installation.
16Press Enter to continue the installation.
The installer applies the system configurations. This may take several minutes. When the configurations are complete, the CD ejects and the server reboots.
The operating system and all stored configurations imported from the backup file, such as ACL and IPSec configuration, are now restored to the server. For information on backup and restore, see Nortel AS 5300 Security
17If applicable, apply any Linux Maintenance Release patches to bring the system up to date with current baselines.
