Step 3: Call the Nortel Customer Response Center |

1. | To obtain your two sets of keys call the Nortel Networks | |||
| Customer Response Center |

2. | Follow the voice prompts for Norstar products. When you | |||
| are asked for the information concerning your request, | |||
| provide the following: |

| • the Companion ID (on the label); |

• the customer’s zip code (on the label); and
• the System ID (see Step 1).
