Showswhich preset has been selected.

Showsthe frequency to which the tuner is
tuned.

Appearswhen local seek tuning is on.
65(stereo)indicator
Appearswhen the selected frequency is
beingbroadcast in stereo.
1 Touchthe source icon and then touch
Radioto select the radio.
2 TouchBand to select a band.
TouchBand until the desired band (FM1,
FM2,FM3for FM or AM) is displayed.
3 Toperform manual tuning, briefly
touchcor d.
#Youcan also perform manual tuning by press-
ingcor d(TRK).
4 Toperform seek tuning, keep touching
cordfor about one second and release.
Thetuner will scan the frequencies untila
broadcaststrong enough for good reception is
found.
#Youcan cancel seek tuning by briefly touching
eithercor d.
#Ifyou keep touching cor dyou can skip sta-
tions.Seek tuning starts as soon as you release
thekey.
#Youcan also perform seek tuning by pressing
andholding cor d(TRK).
Note
ListeningAM radio while an iPod is charged from
thisunit may generate noise. In this case, discon-
nectthe iPod from this unit.
Storing and recallingbroadcast frequencies
Youcan easily store up to six broadcast fre-
quenciesfor later recall.
!Sixstations for each band can be stored in
memory.
1 TouchList to display the preset list.
2 Whenyou find a frequency that you
wantto store in memory keep touching
oneof preset tuning keys P1 to P6 until the
beepsounds.
Theselected radio station frequency has been
storedin memory.
Thenext time you touch the same preset tun-
ingkey the radio station frequency is recalled
frommemory.
#WhenP1 to P6 are not displayed, you can dis-
playthem by touching List.
