Youcan use this unit to control a multi-CD
player,which is sold separately.
!Onlyfunctions described in this section
canbe operated.
!Onlyfunctions described in this manual
aresupported by 50-disc multi-CD players.
!Only12 disc title can be displayed even if
the50-disc multi-CD player is connected to
thisunit.

Showswhich source has been selected.
2Discnumber indicator
Showsthe number of the disc playing.
3Tracknumber indicator
Showsthe number of the track playing.
4Playtime indicator
Showsthe elapsed playing time of the cur-
renttrack.
5Titleindicator
Showsthe disc title and disc artist name of
thecurrently playing disc only when playing
CDTEXT discs.
Also,shows the track title and track artist
nameof the currently playing trackonly
whenplaying CD TEXT discs.
1 Touchthe source icon and then touch
M-CDto select the multi-CD player.
2 Touchaor bto select a disc.
3 Toskip back or forward to another
track,briefly touch oor p.
Touchingpskips to the start of the next
track.Touching oonce skips to the start of
thecurrent track. Touching it again will skip to
theprevious track.
#Youcan also skip back or forward to another
trackby pressing cor d(TRK).
4 Toperform fast forward or reverse,
keeptouching oor p.
#Youcan also perform fast reverse/fast forward
bypressing and holding cor d(TRK).
Notes
!Whenmulti-CD player completes preparatory
operations,Ready is displayed.
!Ifan error message is displayed, refer to the
multi-CDplayer owner’s manual.
!Ifthere are no discs in the multi-CD player ma-
gazine,No Disc is displayed.

Pausing CD playback

Pauselets you temporarily stop disc playback.
%Touchfto turn pause on.
Playbackof the current track pauses.
#Toturn pause off, touch fagain.

Selecting discs fromthe disc

title list

Disctitle list lets you see the list of disc titles
andselect one of them to playback.
1 TouchList to display the disc list.
2 Touchyour favorite disc title (track
title).
#Toreturn to the disc list, touch Back.
#Ifno title is entered for a disc, No Title is dis-
played.
3 TouchESC to return to the ordinary dis-
play.
