#Tocancel the random play, touch repeat-
edlyuntil the shuffle icon is turned off.
Playing all songs in arandom order (shuffle all)
Thismethod plays all songs on the iPod ran-
domly.
%Touch toturn shuffle all on.
Allsongs on the iPod play randomly.
Operating this unit’siPodfunction from your iPod
Thisunit’s iPod function can be operated from
youriPod. Sound can be heard from the car ’s
speakers,and operation can be conducted
fromyour iPod.
!Whilethis function is in use, even if the
ignitionkey is turned off, the iPod will not
beturned off. To turn off power,operate the
iPod.
1 Touch toswitch the control mode
toiPod.
#Touching switchesthe control mode to
thisunit.
#Evenif this function is performed, trackup/
down,chapter up/down, fast forward/reverse and
play/pausecan be operated from this unit. Also,
itis possible to display the text information while
playingback video.
2 Operatethe connected iPod to select a
song/videoand play.
Selecting songs from listsrelated to the currentlyplaying song
Listsrelated to the currently playing song are
displayed.You can select songs from the fol-
lowinglists.

—Albumlist of currently playing genre
!Dependingon the number of files in the
iPod,there may be a delay when displaying
alist.
1 TouchLink Play.
Linkplay selection screen is displayed.
2 Toucha desired mode.
!Artists–Plays songs related to the cur-
rentlyplaying artist.
!Albums–Plays songs related to the cur-
rentlyplaying album.
!Genres–Plays songs related to the cur-
rentlyplaying genre.
Whilesearching the song, Link Play.. flashes.
Inthis condition, touch panel key operation is
notavailable.
#Ifthe related albums/songs are not found,
NotFound is displayed.
3 Displayreturns to the ordinary display
andplayback begin.
Changing audiobook speed
Whilelistening to an audiobook on iPod, play-
backspeed can be changed.
