Showsthe media type currently playing.
2Foldernumber indicator
Showsthe folder number currently playing.
3Filenumber indicator
Showsthe file number currently playing.
!Lastfour-digit can be displayed as the
filenumber.
4Playtime indicator
Showsthe elapsed playing time of the cur-
rentfile.
5Songinformation
Showsdetailed information of currently
playingsong.
1 Touchthe source icon and then touch
USBto select the USB.
#Whenthe source icon is not displayed, you
candisplay it by touching the screen.
#TouchHide to hide the touch panel keys.
2 Touchaor bto select a folder.
#Youcannot select a folder that does not have
acompressed audio file recorded in it.
3 Toskip back or forward to another file,
touchoor p.
Touchingpskips to the start of the next file.
Touchingoonce skips to the start of the
currentfile. Touching it again will skip to the
previousfile.
#Youcan also skip back or forward to another
fileby pressing cor d(TRK).
4 Toperform fast forward or reverse,
keeptouching oor p.
#Youcan also perform fast reverse/fast forward
bypressing and holding cor d(TRK).

!Optimumperformance of this unit may not be
obtaineddepending on the connected USB
portableaudio player/USB memory.
!Iffolder 01 (ROOT) contains no files, playback
commenceswith folder 02.
!Ifan error message or icon is displayed, refer
toError messages on page 96.
!Whenthe USB portable audio player having
batterycharging function is connected to this
unitand the ignition switch is set to ACC or
ON,the battery is charged.
!Youcan disconnect the USB portable audio
player/USBmemory anytime you want to fin-
ishlistening to it.
!Ifthe characters recorded on the audio file are
notcompatible with this unit, those charac-
terswill not be displayed.
!Textinformation may not be correctly dis-
playeddepending on the recorded en-
vironment.
