Configure DHCP Relay

Perform the following command to enable or disable DHCP Relay Agent Status.

NOTE: You must have at least one entry in the DHCP Relay Server Table before you can set the DHCP Relay Status to Enable.

[Device-Name]>set dhcprelaystatus enable

Configure DHCP Relay Servers

Perform the following command to configure and enable a DHCP Relay Server. The AP allows the configuration of a maximum of 10 server settings in the DHCP Relay Agents server table.

[Device-Name]>set dhcprlyindex 1 dhcprlyipaddr <ip address> dhcprlycmt <comment> dhcprlystatus 1 (1 to enable, 2 to disable, 3 to delete, 4 to create)

Maintain Client Connections using Link Integrity

[Device-Name]>show linkinttbl (this shows the current links)

[Device-Name]>set linkinttbl <1–5(depending on what table row you wish to address)> ipaddr <ip address of the host computer you want to check>

[Device-Name]>set linkintpollint <the interval between link integrity checks> [Device-Name]>set linkintpollretx <number of times to retransmit before considering the link down>

[Device-Name]>set linkintstatus enable [Device-Name]>show linkinttbl (to confirm new settings) [Device-Name]>reboot 0

Change your Wireless Interface Settings

See Interfaces for information on the parameters listed below. The AP-4000/4000M/4900M uses index 3 for Wireless Interface A (802.11a radio) and index 4 for Wireless Interface B (802.11b/g radio).
