To control app verication, go to Settings > Security > Verif y apps.
If you attempt to install an app that may b e unsafe, you may see
one of the following dialogs:
• Installing this app may harm you r tablet. The app may b e harm-
ful to your tablet and personal i nformation.
• Installation has been blocked. The app is harmful and can’t be
installed.
Turn off app verication
To stop verifying apps at any time, go to Se ttings > Security >
Verify app s, then unchec k the box.
Set screen lock
You can lock your screen for additio nal security. After you set a
lock, the screen is locked a fter the display goes to sle ep.
1. Go to Settings > Personal > Security > Scree n lock.
2. Touch the type of lock yo u want and follow the onscreen
instructions.
