Setting the Auto Ring Time

In Auto Select mode, the machine rings a number of times to give you the chance to pick up the handset be- fore taking the call automatically. You can change the number of rings with the Auto Ring Time.

A Press the {User Tools} key.

B Press 0 or 1 until " 4. Fax Fea- tures " is displayed.

CPress the {OK} key.

D Press 0 or 1 until " 3. Setup " is displayed.

EPress the {OK} key.

F Press 0 or 1 until " 5. No. of Rings “ is displayed.

H Enter the new number using the number keys.

❒If you make a mistake, press the {Clear/Stop} key and try again.

IPress the {OK} key.

J Press the {User Tools} key to re- turn to the standby display.
