The Specified Sender is deleted.

Using Key Operator Settings

O Use 0 or 1 to display the Speci- fied Sender you want to delete.

PPress the {OK} key.

The Specified Sender is deleted.

If you want to delete another Spec- ified Sender, repeat the above steps from step N.

Q Press the {User Tools} key to re- turn to the standby display.

Printing the Specified Sender list

You can check which Specified Send- ers are registered for a Forwarding Address.

Follow the steps below to print this list.

A Press the {User Tools} key.

B Press 0 or 1 until " 4. Fax Fea- tures " is displayed.

CPress the {OK} key.

D Press 0 or 1 until " 4. Key Op. Tools " is displayed.

F Press 0 or 1 until " 2. Forward- ing " is displayed.

GPress the {OK} key.

HPress 0or 1until " 4. Print Send- er List " is displayed.

IPress the {OK} key.

J Press the {Start} key.

The list is printed.

K Press the {User Tools} key to re-	6
turn to the standby display.

EPress the {OK} key.
