•The "b" notation indicates that the User Function key lights when that func- tion is selected ”On”.

To assign a function to a User Function key, perform the following procedure.

A Press the {User Tools} key.

B Press 0 or 1 until ” 4. Fax Fea- tures ” is displayed.

CPress the {OK} key.

Confirm that “ 1. Program / Delete ” is displayed

E Press 0or 1to scroll and display " 7. User Functions ".

FPress the {OK} key.

G Press the User Function key ({F1} to {F3}) you want to assign.

H Press 0 or 1 to display the func- tion name you want to assign.

DPress the {OK} key.
