Key Operator Settings

H Press 0or 1 until " 3. Delete Sta- tion " is displayed.

IPress the {OK} key.

J Press 0 or 1 to display the fax number of the Forwarding Sta- tion you want to delete.

KPress the {OK} key.

The Forwarding Station is deleted. If you want to delete another For-

warding Station, repeat the proce-

6dure from step I.

L Press the {User Tools} key to re- turn to the standby display.

Deleting a Specified Sender

To delete a Specified Sender, perform the following procedure.

A Press the {User Tools} key.

B Press 0 or 1 until " 4. Fax Fea- tures " is displayed.

CPress the {OK} key.

D Press 0 or 1 until " 4. Key Op. Tools " is displayed.

EPress the {OK} key.

F Press 0 or 1 until " 2. Forward- ing " is displayed.

GPress the {OK} key.

H Press 0 or 1 until " 2. Prog. Sta- tion " is displayed.

IPress the {OK} key.

J Press 0 or 1 to display the fax number of the Forwarding Sta- tion that contains the Specified Sender you want to delete.

KPress the {OK} key.

LPress the {OK} key.

M Press 0 or 1 until " 2. Delete Sender " is displayed.

NPress the {OK} key.
