If the original document doesn’t feed properly during transmission or copying,

or [DOCUMENT JAMMED] appears in the display, first try pressing START . If the document doesn't feed out, remove it as explained below.

1 Open the operation panel.

2 Rotate the lever toward you and down, and then pull the lever (➊) and right end of the roller up (➋). Remove the document (➌).
